James Xin(Managing
Director)
Mr. Xin has over 16 years experience
of business development and marketing management in China
pharmaceutical industry.
Before joining Beijing Elite in
2000, Mr. Xin had worked in Xi’an Janssen (member of Johnson
& Johnson) as medical & regulatory manager and Product
Manager, in Livzon Pharma (one of the largest domestic
pharma companies in China) as Marketing Manager, in Beijing
Novartis as Ethical Marketing Manager, and in
Sanofi-synthelabo (China) as Marketing & Medical manager and
then Business Development manager.
Mr. Xin received a
Bachelor degree in Medicine and a Master degree in
Pharmacology from Xi’an Medical University, and holds a MBA
degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
Jiye Ren(Senior Partner, Senior Consultant)
Mr. Ren has over 14 years experience of business management
and sales management in China pharmaceutical industry.
Before joining Beijing Elite in 2000, Mr. Ren had worked in
Tianjin SmithKline Beecham as Regional Sales Manager, in
Beijing Fresenius Kabi as Sales Director, in Neptunus Pharma
(one of the largest domestic pharma companies in China) as
Vice President, and in Beijing JUNEN (one of the largest
private pharma companies in China) as General Manager.
Mr. Ren received a Bachelor degree in Medicine from Xi’an
Medical University.
Ray Shen(Senior Partner, Senior
Consultant)
Mr. Shen has over 12 years
experience of marketing management, strategy consulting and
market research focusing on China pharmaceutical industry.
Before joining Beijing Elite in 2002, Mr. Shen had worked in
Glaxo (China) as Regional Sales Supervisor, in Livzon Pharma
as Product Manager, in Strategic Marketing Asia (the Asia
Division of NOP World Health) as Project Manager, Project
Director, and Country Manager in China.
Mr. Shen
received a Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from
East China University of Technology, and holds a MBA degree
from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
Liu Hui(Senior Partner)
Mr. Liu is the founder of Beijing Elite. Before he set up
Beijing Elite in 1997, Mr. Liu was the head of a training
department affiliated to Ministry of Personnel of China. Mr.
Liu has rich experience in training project management,
training program design, and trainer management.Mr. Liu
received a Master degree in education from Shandong
University, and holds a MBA degree from Australia National
University (ANU)
Weijun
Yang(Partner, Project Manager)
Mr. Yang has over 8 years experience of sales and marketing
management in China pharmaceutical industry.
Before
joining Beijing Elite in 2001, Mr. Yang had worked in
Beijing Mundipharma as Regional Sales Manager and Product
Manager, and had been a Surgeon for 3 years.
Mr. Yang
received a Bachelor degree in Medicine from Medical
University of Inner Mongolia.
D. Vincent Zhang(Project
manager )
Graduated from Beijing Medical University, major as
Medicine. With MBA degree of Beijing University. He Started
from Product manager in Novartis then joined Bayer as group
product manager and then Business development manager before
joining Elite.
Tony Zhang: Consultant
Biology and business background, 12 years first hand
pharmaceutical marketing and sales management experience in
BMS and big successful local companies. Had experienced
building 500 million sales brands and three competitiv sales
team in China.
Jacqueline
Su: Consultant
Over 10 years Healthcare (OTC) and FMCG marketing and new
business development experience working for multinational
companies, Johnson & Johnson, Kimberly-Clark, and Glaxo
Smith Kline. Rich experienced new in product development
assessment.new product lauch and post launch evaluation,
marketing strategic planning and executions.
Ms.Su received a Bachelor degree in English literature from
Beijing Foreign studies University, and holds a MBA degree
from China Europe International Business School.
Simon Lu: Market Research Manager
Over 8 years market research experience in pharmaceutical
industry. He experienced conducting more than 60 research
projects of both medical professionals and consumers. Before
joining Beijing Elite, He worked for Strategic Marketing
Asia. Mr. Lu got Bachelor degree from Beijing Medical
University.
